How to order ?

Your choice is made, choose your size with the button “choose an option”. When you buy a pair of shoes you get two pairs of shoelaces  OFFERED (color specified in the product description text). Click “Add to cart” to fill your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on “order” and let us guide you through the three steps of the ordering process. Delivery Information: Review the summary of your order and the shipping address. Payment Information: Choose your method of payment and your delivery type and billing address. Confirm: Enter payment information. End: The procedure is now complete. You will soon receive an email with your order number and summary.

What is a Kluma account and how to create it?

Your Kluma account is a protected space that allows you to view the summary of your orders and change your personal data. To create a Kluma account, go to the “connection” and complete the form provided for that purpose.

How do I know if my order has been taken?

After you have confirm your order online, you must receive a control registration email with the summary of your order. Follow at all times the status of your order by visiting the “My Orders” of your Kluma account . Your invoice will be sent along with your products.

What are the time of taking care of my order?

All orders placed before 15pm (local time), excluding weekends, sales and special operations, are sent in the same day preparation. A shipping email of your order, worth confirmation of your order, inform you of the delivery of your package.

How to be sure to order the right size?

Can you keep your shopping cart from a visit to another?

You have made your choice but you do not want to validate immediately? If the product is still available, you will find your cart and selected items on your next visit.

What are the payment methods?

Pay your purchases by credit card and Paypal. Select this payment method in the “command” and click on the logo of the card you want to use (Blue card, VISA, MasterCard). Enter your card number, its expiry date and its code on the back of your card.

Are there any shipping costs?

What happens to you if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not home when the postman is delivering your package, a notice is left in your mailbox. This form shows the time and the passage of day and the post office where you can collect the package. You must go to the specified post office with the passing sheet submitted by the postman and an ID to take your package.

How to maintain my KLUMA products?

We recommend to waterproof your shoes and repeat this operation periodically. For leather models: Maintain smooth leather shoes with a damp cloth and periodically with a specific product in spray or cream. For models Canvas: The canvas can be brushed with cold water and soap, do not put them in the washing machine every day at risk of losing the original color of the clothe.

Shoelace: We recommend you to use the washing machine for the complete system at a temperature not exceeding 50 degrees. For t-shirts:  We recommend you to use the washing machine for a moderate temperature below 30 degrees.
